Once your watch has been received by our team, please allow 3-5 days for our watchmaker to identify all repair and service points to give you an accurate timeline in getting your watch back to you.

If you are unhappy with your items for any reason, you have seven days (7 calendar days) from it's delivered date to contact us for a return or exchange.

Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser. All returned items must be in their original packaging, unaltered and undamaged. We issue refunds after we have received your returned items. Refunded payments are typically processed within 24 hours; however, bank processing times may vary.
