VERO will supply a shipping slip for you to get your watch back to us. Once your watch has been received by our team, please allow 3-5 business days for our watchmaker to identify all repair and service points to give you an accurate timeline in getting your watch back to you.

Yes! We honor the ten year warranty on your watch when you buy it from a reseller or private party. To transfer over the warranty to your name, please provide us with your name, address, phone number, and unique warranty number that is assigned to the watch.
If the original warranty number was not included with your watch from the reseller, we can look it up by alternate means.
Yes! Our 10 year warranty also covers battery replacement. After swap in a fresh battery, your watch is resealed and tested to ensure water resistance.
Yes! Band replacement is available for all VERO watches under our warranty.
Yes, we'll replace your scratched or broken crystal on your watch. After removing the broken or scratched glass, we inspect your dial to make sure there aren't any loose pieces still floating around.
Yes! Taking your watch into extreme heat has been known to break down the silicone of the gaskets that block out water. But no problem, we can dry out your watch and make sure there isn't any long term damage inside.
