All orders ship from our office in Portland, Oregon. We offer local pick ups as well. Orders are processed within 24 business hours. We notify our customers with order details and tracking information the moment it is available. Shipping times and costs are calculated at checkout and determined by the customer's shipping location.
If you are unhappy with your items for any reason, you have seven days (7 calendar days) from when your watch is delivered to contact us for a return or exchange.

Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser. All returned items must be in their original packaging, unaltered and undamaged. We issue refunds after we have received your returned items. Refunded payments are typically processed within 24 hours; however, bank processing times may vary.
Our watches are serviced, assembled, and regulated in the United States. We use movements from trusted Swiss and Japanese manufacturers.
In 2020, we pivoted from machining and assembling our own parts in-house to trusted manufacturers held to the highest standards in the watch world. Today, we continue to assemble, service, and warranty our watches in our shop in Portland, Oregon.
Yes, we ship to almost everywhere in the world. A flat rate $49.99 shipping option is available, plus many more options to choose from to suit your shipping needs.

International orders may be subject to import taxes or duties, and we are not able to adjust the package description for its contents.
Please see our Warranty Page for detailed information, including service and warranty requests. We'll email you a shipping label free of charge to get your watch sent directly to us, free of charge.
After we have received your watch, please allow 3-5 days for our watch maker to identify all repair and service points to give you an accurate timeline in getting your watch back to you.

Our order confirmation email also includes a link to download a sizing ruler to get your fit just right. Reply to that email with your preferred sizing so your watch will be ready to wear as soon as it hits your wrist.
Reset the chronograph hand to the zero'd out position at 12 o'clock, or preferred position:
- Uncrew left hand stem and crown
- Click out to time setting position
- Compress lower button until chrono hand sweeps to prefered position
- Press in and screw down crown
