Refund Policy

If you are unhappy with your items for any reason, you have seven days (7 calendar days) from it's delivered date to contact us for a return or exchange. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser. All returned items must be in their original packaging, unaltered and undamaged. We issue refunds after we have received your returned items. Refunded payments are typically processed within 24 hours; however, bank processing times may vary.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
