Shipping & Returns


All orders are processed within 24 business hours. We notify our customers with order details and tracking information the moment it is available. Shipping times and costs are calculated at checkout and determined by the customer's shipping location. We do offer local pick ups and returns to our office in NW Portland, Oregon. 



For all warranty and return shipping, VERO will supply a shipping label to customer at customer’s request. If you are unhappy with your items for any reason, you have one week from it's delivered date to contact us for a return. We issue refunds after we have received your returned items. Refunded payments are typically processed within 24 hours; however, bank processing times may vary.
