Shipping & Returns


All orders are processed within 24 business hours. We notify our customers with order details and tracking information the moment it is available. Shipping times and costs are calculated at checkout and determined by the customer's shipping location. We do offer local pick ups and returns to our office in NW Portland, Oregon. 



If your order has an international destination, it may be subject to import taxes or duties. In addition to the international shipping charges, any applicable importation costs will be the responsibility of the purchaser and will be collected by the international carrier at the time of delivery. Please check with your country’s customs office if you have any questions before placing your order.


For all warranty and return shipping, VERO will supply a shipping label to customer at customer’s request. If you are unhappy with your items for any reason, you have seven days (7 calendar days) from it's delivered date to contact us for a return or exchange. All returned items must be in their original packaging, unaltered and undamaged. We issue refunds after we have received your returned items. Refunded payments are typically processed within 24 hours; however, bank processing times may vary.
